This is a customer-focused, full-time opportunity, located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a Service Receptionist with a desire to learn and grow, as part of our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* First point of contact - bring your smile
* Book appointments, follow up contact and assist customers with queries
* Proactively communicate with customers
* Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams
* Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships
About You:
* Good computer skills are essential
* Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means
* Well-presented and professional presentation
* Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proactive, not reactive approach
* Able to work Monday to Friday am - 5.00pm
* Full working rights, and committed to a full-time role
