About the role
This role involves meal prep, stock ordering, menu planning and monitoring dietary needs. You'll also assist with and adhere to all kitchen auditing and compliance requirements.
The Cook GDE B position at Gilgandra MPS is to relieve the Cook position for days off, RDO and annual leave and will be an integral part of the support services team
Previous experience cooking in a hospitality setting would be preferred. Ability and willingness to work shifts, on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays is required.
