Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an RTO Coordinator based in Osborne Park, WA. The RTO Coordinator will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Registered Training Organization (RTO), ensure compliance with industry regulations, liaise with trainers and stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-quality training programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining training schedules, managing student records and documentation, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications
* Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing compliance requirements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with trainers, students, and other stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently in an on-site environment.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations within the vocational training and education sector.
* Competency in using administrative and database management software.
* Previous experience in an RTO or training environment is a strong advantage.
* Relevant qualifications in training, education, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
* Understanding of Civil Construction and Mining operations is a plus.
