* Remuneration: Total remuneration range: $122,852 to $134,385 pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $103,811 to $113,557 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Training Specialist LGBTIQA+ to join Equity, People Services, Administrative Division. The role is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of diversity and inclusion programmes and projects, with a focus on LGBTIQA+ activities and priorities as outlined in university strategic plans and documents. It also provides support to the QUT LGBTIQA+ Working Group and the LGBTIQA+ staff and student community.
What You Need To Succeed
* Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience in equity, diversity, inclusion and social justice or a related discipline.
* Knowledge and lived experience that demonstrates a high‐level understanding of LGBTIQA+ experiences, programmes and initiatives and intersectionality.
* Proven experience in effective training design and delivery, including LGBTIQA+ training, using scaffolded learning approaches, virtual delivery and eLearning methodologies.
* Proven ability to coordinate projects, develop and implement programmes that contribute to strategic priorities, exercising judgement to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide advice and support, navigate complex social dynamics with empathy, sensitivity and professionalism, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships with diverse stakeholders across large organisations.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and high‐level digital literacy, data analytics, evaluation and reporting skills.
* Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing communications, training materials, presentations, reports and submissions.
* Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
