The Opportunity
This is an exciting entry‐level opportunity to kick‐start your marketing career with one of Australia's leading youth fashion retailers. As our Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with the Marketing team to bring campaigns to life across digital, retail and brand channels. No two days will be the same as you'll be hands‐on, learning fast, and contributing to projects that connect with our community and reflect what's happening right now in youth culture.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, in‐store and eCommerce channels
* Assisting with content creation, asset coordination and campaign rollouts
* Helping manage marketing calendars, timelines and approvals
* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
* Supporting influencer collaborations and trend research
* Assisting with reporting, tracking results and gathering insights
* Always keeping a finger on the pulse of youth culture, fashion and emerging trends
What we're Looking For
We're looking for someone with great energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for marketing, fashion and youth culture. You might be a recent graduate, wrapping up your studies, or have some early experience in the industry - what matters most is your mindset and attitude.
You'll bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications (or currently working towards completion).
* A strong interest in retail, fashion, brands and youth trends
* A positive, can‐do attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative mindset - you love working as part of a team
* Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Confidence using digital platforms and tools
* Curiosity, creativity and a desire to continuously learn and grow
