McArdles Corporation Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned company specialising in commercial cleaning, restorative cleaning, and property restoration. With our head office based in Orange, and clients across Bathurst and the Central West — and we're looking for reliable and professional Cleaning Service Operators to join our growing team.
About the Role:
We are seeking Cleaning Technicians who can work on domestic, commercial sites such as offices, retail spaces, and public facilities. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and inviting environments for our clients.
Duties include:
* General cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces)
* Bathroom and kitchen sanitisation
* Rubbish removal
* Restocking of consumables
* Assisting with deep cleaning or project work when required
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Good communication and time management skills
* Physically fit and able to lift/carry equipment and supplies
* Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
