Join CBUS as a Service Consultant and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to our members in this Front Counter member facing role. You'll be the face of our Trustee office, providing accurate information, general advice, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role is offered on an initial 12 month maximum term contract and is based in our Melbourne office.
Role Responsibilities
* Satisfy and engage members and employers presenting to the Trustee office, offering factual information and general advice.
* Assist members, prospective members and employers with completing documentation accurately to enable smooth processing.
* Maintain records of all interactions for compliance and efficient query resolution.
* Liaise with internal Trustee teams and the Administrator to resolve enquiries.
* Engage with members via phone, email and live chat to support retention and service needs.
* Manage complaints received via the front counter service channel.
* Participate in training and assessment to attain and maintain essential skills and knowledge.
* Demonstrate Cbus values in all interactions.
* Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies.
* Support Member and Employer Experience teams to help members achieve desired retirement outcomes.
* Complete other related duties as requested by the Manager, Front Counters.
Requirements
* Experience in complex service environments with diverse member bases, complex products and regulated industries.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.
* Advanced communication skills; confident, professional, and empathetic listener who explains complex information clearly.
* High levels of self-motivation, initiative and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Solid superannuation knowledge.
* RG146 accreditation (authorised representative status) required.
