Short term project position - 3 days a week. Monday to Wednesday 24hrs time: 7:30-4:00pm
September 2025 to December 2025 then extendidng to June 2026 Pay$68.55ph
* Undertake a desktop audit across all departments to identify pain points and inefficiencies
* Prioritisation of high value / high-cost processes to review
* Facilitate workshops with staff to understand and produce end-to-end current state process maps, whilst building the future state requirements
* Coach and assist staff in Business Improvement tools, techniques and methodologies to build organisational business improvement capability
* Assist with implementation of organisational process governance
* Capture and document Council Processes in a central shared repository
* Provide guidance and advice into policy and procedures based on outcomes of business improvement initiatives
* Assist with software procurement processes if applicable and liaising with vendors / suppliers
* Develop a program of work to capture, design and improve organisational processes
* Assist with and in some instances, project manage and deliver key improvement opportunities as directed
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in the provision of expert and high-quality advice and recommendations to senior management, facilitation of continuous improvement workshops, and engaging staff with process and task analysis.
* Proven experience in training/coaching Business Process Improvement tools & Methodologies.
