Bayside Health Alfred Care Group is a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory to inpatient and home and community-based services. Alfred Care Group Interventional Radiology (IR) provides care through a range of clinical conditions and patient acuity, including ward rounds, admitting rights and an IR outpatient clinic.
Bayside Health Alfred Care Group is looking for Radiologists to join the team commencing in July 2026 and the position would include participation in an on-call roster. The Radiology unit are recruiting up to 2.0 EFT vacancy and there is flexibility for the total EFT available to be split or combined as part-time or full-time positions. Appointees must be legally qualified practitioners, registered or registrable with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and hold fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR). Appointees must be able to report across multiple modalities of clinical cases managed at a tertiary academic centre.
Applicants must meet Alfred Care Group requirements for credentialing and scope of practice in Diagnostic Radiology. Demonstrable relevant knowledge and experience in Diagnostic Radiology, namely Neuroradiology. Applicants must have competency and recency of practice in subspecialty Neuroradiology, including but not restricted to Brain, Spine, Skull base and Head and Neck imaging.
The successful applicant will be required to provide excellent clinical expertise in diagnostic radiology, to support Bayside Health's teaching, research and clinical governance programs, and to support the strategic priorities and values of Bayside Health.
