About the Role WorkPac are seeking a Production Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer in the civil construction sector, to oversee daily operations at their Echuca site. The successful candidate will supervise the site team to ensure safe, sustainable, and cost-effective production. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in concrete, civil construction, or building materials who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead a site-based production team to meet safety, production, and quality targets Promote and enforce safety culture, including PPE compliance and hazard awareness Drive daily production schedules and coordinate resources effectively Ensure accurate record-keeping of output, downtime, reject/rework, and team performance Communicate goals and expectations clearly across multiple work groups Liaise with internal departments (QA, HR, Operations) to ensure cohesive operations Supervise the maintenance and correct use of moulds, materials, and plant assets Monitor product quality, ensure compliance with procedures, and raise NCRs where required Identify and support suitable duties for injured workers returning to work Participate in toolbox talks, workgroup meetings, and employee coaching initiatives Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the concrete, civil, or building industry Strong understanding of OH&S practices with demonstrated commitment to safety leadership Previous experience in prestressed, precast, or reinforced concrete production Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with internal systems and the MS Suite Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams Tickets for overhead cranes, machinery operation, and First Aid qualifications (desirable) Benefits Work with a global industry leader known for innovation and safety Collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement Opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects Supportive leadership with clear career development pathways How to Apply Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Call Tiffany Parker on 07 4979 8602 or email ****** quoting the below reference number.
