From Finance Business Partners to Accountants to the broad range of specialists in Expertise Services, everyone works together to achieve our ambitions. **Purpose of the Role** The Senior Manager – Australia Projects is accountable for leading a large transformation project.* Full accountability for delivery across finance, reporting, and operational readiness.* Translate Group requirements into clear, executable actions and timelines.* Proactively identify risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating and resolving at pace.* Act as the central owner and coordinator.* Independently plan, manage and deliver work with minimal supervision or support.* Maintain detailed tracking of milestones, deliverables and dependencies.* Ensure adherence to governance, controls and audit requirements.* Drive outcomes in a high‐pressure, deadline‐driven environment.**Skills, Experience & Capabilities** **Essential Experience*** Strong background in financial accounting, controllership or complex reporting environments.* Proven experience in business transformation, separation, carve‐out or large‐scale finance projects.* Professional accounting qualification (CA / CPA or equivalent).* Experience working with senior stakeholders across local and global teams.* Highly independent self‐starter with strong personal ownership.* Comfortable operating with minimal direction and limited support.* Strong judgement and problem‐solving capability in ambiguous situations.* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.* Ability to prioritise, execute and deliver under pressure.* Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge.* Experience with complex, commingled balance sheets preferred.* SAP & iFinance experience desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
