You will also collaborate closely with your manager and the medical liaison team through office-based planning, reporting, and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Presenting SNP services and capabilities to medical and healthcare professionals.

* Identifying and addressing service needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities, with a focus on client retention and business growth.

* Monitoring competitor activity and responding to potential business threats.

* Maintaining a high standard of customer service for referring practitioners, their staff, patients, hospitals, nursing homes, and other institutions.

* Developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of medical centres, hospitals, key contacts, specialist disciplines, ward operations, and competitor activity within your territory.

* Building relationships with administrators, directors of nursing, clinical nurse consultants and educators, unit managers, public relations and marketing teams.

* Structuring your workload to ensure approximately 70% of time is spent in direct client contact and 30% in administrative and office-based duties.

* Reporting significant service variations to the Marketing Manager and supporting prompt resolution.

* Implementing immediate solutions when service expectations are not met and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

* Participating in SNP-sponsored educational, promotional, and marketing activities.

* Assisting in the planning and development of marketing strategies and products.

* Organising and supporting marketing functions, laboratory tours, and promotional events.

* Encouraging staff participation in quality improvement initiatives.

* Providing support to colleagues when required.

* Attending liaison meetings, seminars, conferences, and teleconferences, including occasional out-of-hours commitments.

* Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports as requested.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional with a strong commitment to service excellence and outstanding communication skills. You will bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a solution-focused mindset to your role, along with the confidence to present and deliver product and service information to medical professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

* A proactive and self-driven approach to achieving results.

* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* The ability to negotiate successful outcomes and manage change effectively.
