As a Senior SEO Specialist, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, planning and executing end to end SEO strategies that drive real business results. You'll work across technical, on-page and off-page SEO, diving deep into analytics, crafting data-led strategies, and identifying opportunities that deliver measurable growth.
What You'll Do
* Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies across a variety of client industries.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and backlink analysis.
* Implement on-page improvements including metadata, schema markup, and site speed enhancements.
* Develop content strategies that boost visibility and conversions.
* Analyse data from Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with account managers and the wider digital team to deliver exceptional results.
* Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep our clients at the top of their game.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably within an agency environment.
* Proven experience developing and implementing successful SEO campaigns.
* Strong understanding of technical, on-site and off-site SEO.
* Proficiency with key tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar.
* Working knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
* An inquisitive, analytical, and proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills - you can manage multiple projects while keeping a cool head.
* Comfortable using AI tools to enhance and optimise your SEO strategies.
* Must hold any valid work visa to work in Australia.
