Job Description:
The Chief Operational Support Specialist will provide strategic executive-level support to the CEO.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience and exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will manage the CEO's calendar, handle confidential correspondence, organize travel, coordinate meetings, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's schedule and ensure timely execution of tasks
* Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO
* Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO
* Coordinate meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
