Specialist Family Violence Practitioner - Pakenham

As the largest provider of family violence and homelessness services in Southeast Melbourne, we’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our inclusive and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities
- Provide outreach case management to victim survivors of family violence
- Help clients navigate risk, safety, and recovery
- Collaborate with external agencies and advocate for clients to access the support they need to live independently and free from violence
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work or related discipline (Rec 209)
- Experience in family violence risk assessment, safety planning, and case management
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Commitment to best practice and trauma-informed care
- Current Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check (Employment category) are required
The candidate will need to have successfully completed wayss pre-employment screening, including a police and identity check.
Details
- Role type: Full Time, Contract until 30 June 2026
- Salary: $101,776 – $105,340 (SCHADS Level 5)
- Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 per annum
- Leave: Five weeks annual leave
