OE Branch is looking for an EL1 Cryptology Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver highly technical operational functions. The Cryptology Operations Manager will play an essential role in:
* Leading a technical workforce specialising in cryptanalysis.
* Managing key stakeholder relationships including broader ASD and external partners.
* Identifying relevant stakeholders' expectations and concerns then developing and implementing technical and operational plans and strategies to communicate and achieve outcomes.
* Developing, implementing and analysing large technical datasets, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relevant to your work area.
* Professional development of yourself and team, including upskilling team members in cryptanalytic operational tradecraft.
* Writing briefs and reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Monitoring and managing the performance and sustainment of specialised software capabilities, services and databases.

* Have experience managing multiple operations/events/projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and triage competing deadlines.Are accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements.
* Have experience leading a team (EL1), project management, and human resource co-ordination.
* Have familiarity with Linux systems and basic software development experience in Python.
