ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our DP and senior management team. This is a varied role that combines administration, staff liaison, external stakeholder communication, and coordination of key compliance and training activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders, including other dealerships.
* Assist departments where required to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate the Toyota for Life (TFL) Audit annually, ensuring all TMCA requirements are met.
* Co-ordinate volunteering opportunities and external stakeholder presentations and attendance.
* Oversee and manage training schedules across all departments.
* Organize company events and assist with inductions and onboarding of new staff.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Various ad hoc duties
SKILLS:
* Someone willing and keen to get involved in all aspects of organizing, developing, and seeing projects through to fruition.
* A well-presented and confident person with initiative, and a common-sense approach to everything they tackle.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate other software applications with ease.
* A keen interest in social media and community-based initiatives.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
