Tiny Jewellery is moving to the beautiful Southern Highlands and we are looking for 2 new team members to join our Tiny Family No prior experience in jewellery making or studio work is required, but an exceptional attention to detail is crucial. Candidate must be willing to learn and continually improve their skills. Our studio will be located in Berrima.
Roles
* Studio Assistant (Responsible for all the assembly work, running the studio, packing and sending orders etc.)
* Production / Silversmith (Responsible for processing all our castings, resizing rings, soldering bangles etc.)

The Role
* Assembling jewellery pieces
* Stamping initials and personalisation
* Polishing and finishing
* Packing orders with care
* Bringing orders to Post Office
* Managing stock levels of jewellery findings and studio stationery
* Liaising with the owner regarding stock needs
* Keeping the studio tidy and organised
* Confidence working with your hands — especially with tiny, fiddly tasks
* Great attention to detail and pride in doing things well
* Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus (training provided)
* Comfortable receiving and applying feedback with a growth mindset
* Interest in creating content — This will be highly valued
* A friendly, bubbly, and uplifting personality
* A strong work ethic and a willingness to continually learn and improve
