Analyst Programmer (Melbourne Based) – KJR

Responsibilities
* Consult with business stakeholders to translate needs into high‑level requirements and technical specifications.
* Evaluate existing systems to identify technology limitations and recommend improvements.
* Design, develop, and optimize application code, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
* Write and maintain program code, database structures, and test artefacts to meet required specifications and performance standards.
* Document project deliverables and create technical documentation, SOPs, and end‑user guides.
* Provide expert advice on software design, cost evaluations, and proposals for technological resiliency.
* Assist in Agile project delivery, handling BDD user stories and test artefacts within iterative sprint cycles.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer or similar role.
* Strong analytical, problem‑ving, and communication skills.
* Excellent teamwork abilities and a commitment to full‑time, permanent employment (38 hours per week).
