We are seeking a detail-oriented and savvy Logistics Analyst to join our Logistics Performance Team and contribute to Boral's Logistics Performance Improvement Program, focusing on developing Tableau dashboards to identify fleet and logistics improvement opportunities through data and process analysis.
This is a national role that will also involve developing processes to improve productivity and cost control and standardising business processes. You will play a key role in driving logistics excellence for one of Australia's largest transport and logistics businesses.
Your day will involve:
* Dashboard Development in Tableau to design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards for visualizing logistics data and providing actionable insights.
* Development of Logistics Capacity Planning Tools to enhance logistics capacity planning and forecasting, utilising modelling techniques to predict future logistics needs and trends.
* Continuous Improvement Identification, including identifying trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
* Evaluate current logistics processes and develop and implement new processes aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs.
* Support Performance Manager in Process Standardisation.
* Liaise with key internal stakeholders to gather critical insight and develop clear, data‐driven actionable reports.
* Conduct fleet reviews and present data‐backed insights across fleet modelling, optimisation and capacity planning.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in logistics analysis or a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Tableau and experience in developing dashboards and visualising data.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
