RatPack Travel was established in 2016 and has become one of the best-rated travel agencies in Australia. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven individual to join our Travel Tech business. Based in Byron Bay, we are a fast-growing team seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven to achieve excellence and open to constantly improving.
Pay:
We pay an industry-leading hourly rate plus super plus a weekly bonus (see below).
Commission + Hourly:
* Bonuses are paid weekly
* Commission is uncapped
* No cold calling (outbound calls are made from leads generated by the business)
Hours:
The role is Monday to Friday, with hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm

What does the role involve?
We help our customers book camper-van rentals in Australia and New Zealand. The position is a full-time sales role with targets and uncapped commission in our office located in Byron Bay Industrial Estate.
The day-to-day role:
⌁ Profiling new customers from their inbound inquiries
⌁ Replying and building rapport via messages & telephone calls (from inbound leads generated by the business)
⌁ Matching suitable products to our customers' needs (training will be provided)
⌁ Completing the booking while on the phone with the customer
To apply for this position, NO prior travel agency experience is required. Sales experience is highly beneficial
All training will be provided.
