About the Position
This is a fantastic role for a motivated Chef de Partie looking to step into a stable, full-time kitchen role. With a salary of $76–80K (depending on experience), you’ll work within a professional team delivering quality pub-style meals to high standards.

Position Description
- Prepare and cook menu items to venue standards
- Work across multiple kitchen sections, including grill, larder, and fryers
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Contribute to menu planning, specials, and service delivery
Position Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis, ready to step up
- Solid technical cooking skills across multiple kitchen sections
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
- Positive team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
