As a Property & Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of multiple strata schemes, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and exceptional client service. You'll act as a trusted advisor to owners and committees, guiding them through legislative requirements and delivering tailored solutions that protect and enhance their assets.

Your new role
* Manage a diverse portfolio of strata properties across Darwin
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and stakeholders
* Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with legislation
* Drive operational excellence and deliver superior customer service
What you'll need to succeed
* You're either an experienced Strata/Property/Facilities Manager OR you are a multitasking extraordinaire with exceptional administration skills looking to deepen your pocket and be in control of your earnings
* Initiative is a must
* Customer first is in your DNA.
