Brand & Product Manager – Sustainable Consumer Goods & Packaging As our Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full product lifecycle – leading the execution of our 3‑year product pipeline and ensuring our products deliver meaningful value to our customers whilst advancing our sustainability mission.
This is a hands‑on, high impact role where you’ll blend strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution, working across sales, supply chain, finance and local and global partners to bring innovative, market‑driven products to life.
You’ll shape product strategy, define features and pricing, lead go‑to‑market campaigns and track performance from both sales and marketing perspectives; ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, customer‑focused, true to purpose and commercially viable.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the delivery of our 3‑year product pipeline; from concept to launch to lifecycle management
Analyse market and competitor data to uncover customer needs, risks and growth opportunities
Define product features, pricing and packaging aligned with market insights and business goals
Develop business cases that guide smart investment and long‑term growth
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, operations and marketing agencies to deliver results.
Drive integrated marketing communications across digital and traditional channels
Support customers and sales teams with impactful collateral, proposals presentations, event and trade show kits.
Translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing messages that inspire action
Ensure compliance with all product, packaging and marketing regulations and certifications.
About You: You are a commercially savvy marketing qualified with a passion for sustainability who thrives on variety.
You bring energy and versatility – from building business cases and driving marketing campaigns to coordinating events, supporting the Head of Marketing and presenting to customers.
You have:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
4+ years experience in product management or marketing (FMCG or related field preferred)
A track record of delivering successful products end to end
Strong analytical, project management and communication skills
The ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and drive outcomes
A genuine passion for sustainable innovation
