What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
* A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining high standards
* Reliability, strong communication, and a positive team attitude
* Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to clean, organised work
Your role:
* Running your section smoothly during service
* Preparing and presenting dishes to Abacus standards
* Assisting with menu development and specials when required
* Supporting junior staff and working closely with senior chefs
* Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
