Resonance Health Ltd is an ASX listed Medical Technology and Services Company. We provide a range of medical services including radiology-image analysis services, specialist services to pharmaceutical and therapeutic companies for their clinical trials, and image data analysis for the diagnosis of disease and management of patients.

About this Role

The newly created role of Digital Marketing Specialist is a standalone role accountable for the execution of digital marketing activities across the entire organisation.

This role is responsible for both strategic design and hands-on delivery of digital marketing initiatives that support a range of activities including clinical trial participant recruitment, customer engagement, brand awareness and accurate representation of all Resonance Health business units.

This position is accountable for ensuring Resonance Health's digital presence — including websites, social media platforms, and digital customer touchpoints — accurate, compliant, and clearly communicates the value and offerings of each business unit.

Additional key activities include:

* Content Creation & Brand Management – Develop engaging digital content and maintain a consistent brand voice across websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
* Social Media & Email Marketing – Manage multiple corporate and business unit social media accounts; plan and execute campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
* Digital Campaign Management – Plan, deliver, and optimise digital advertising for clinical trial recruitment and business unit marketing initiatives.
* Website & Landing Page Management – Maintain, update, and enhance the corporate and business unit websites to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion.
* Analytics & Performance Reporting – Track and report on digital marketing metrics; provide insights and recommendations to optimise marketing strategies.

About you

You will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, and at least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Prior experience in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or regulated industries is highly preferred.

Your experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and marketing budgets, coupled with your experience using CRM systems (or similar) will be important in this role. Your ability to analyze and translate data into actionable insights is essential.

Experience and proficiency with marketing and analytics tools, and basic knowledge of SEO and website content management systems are required.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication English language skills, which you will apply to your strong copywriting skills so that you can communicate technical ideas simply and clearly to non-technical audiences.

As a stand-alone role you must be able to work independently and set your own priorities, with a strong ownership mindset. This role is eagerly awaited by the team, meaning your time will be in demand! Therefore, you must be able to manage multiple priorities from a range of internal customers!

Finally, familiarity with Ethics Committee processes and regulatory considerations for clinical trial advertising is preferred but not essential.
