About the Role

The Orange Health Service Social Work Department operates across the Orange General Hospital and Bloomfield Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Campus.
This position is an opportunity for Social Workers both local or looking for a 'Tree change', to become a member of a dynamic rural Social Work Department.
This Social work position is specifically allocated to the Orange General Hospital and works within the Orange Hospital Social Work Team.
The role includes the provision of psychosocial assessment and interventions to patients, carers and their relatives receiving services at Orange Hospital.
To provide this service, you will work collaboratively with a Multidisciplinary Team, including Nursing, Medical and Allied Health Professionals.
