Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Cyber Defense tools with a focus on the Microsoft security suite. Prevent, detect, and automate responses to cyber‐attacks and malware
* Integrate these tools into security operations centers
* Develop skills in incident response
* Enhance cybersecurity capabilities across endpoints, collaboration tools, and identities
* Collaborate with consultants and managers on cybersecurity technology implementation
* Document decisions and requirements for large and global projects
* Present ideas and findings to clients
Qualifications
* Experience in client‐facing project delivery, supporting or actively deploying technology
* Understanding of at least one security technology and its design and deployment
* Presented technical topics in front of an audience
* Some understanding of security risks and attack vectors
* * Australian citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance. (Existing security clearance is preferred but not mandatory)
* * This position is based onsite in Parramatta on a full‐time basis

AI Architect
The AI Architect is responsible for designing and developing scalable AI solutions aligned to a business strategy and benefits case as well as supporting as an AI technical advisor and SME to help our clients scale their AI programs. The AI Architect will need to understand how various parts of the business processes, operating systems, and application architectures work together to design a specific AI solution that fits a client's environmental requirements. The D365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service) Business Solution Advisor is responsible for driving revenue for the D365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service) business, globally, through prospecting, acquisition, development, and expansion customer opportunities.
What you'll do:
* Proactively deliver strategic messages and roadmaps to both new and existing customers within the Local Account Groups
* Work with the Business development (sales) team to develop and execute selling strategies
* Provide pre‐qualification expertise to evaluate customers' business needs and align them based upon Avanade differentiators
* Consistently build depth in breadth in technology expertise through Avanade's multiple tools, mandated training, access to enterprise cutting edge engagements

Enterprise Technology Architect – Role Summary
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, leading the design and delivery of complex technology solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
