* Managing daily staff absences and coordinating class cover, including allocation of extras and engagement of Casual Relief Teachers as required.
* Publishing daily operational information, including extras, yard duties, room changes, and key notices.
* Coordinating and maintaining yard duty timetables in line with relevant policies, agreements and system requirements.
* Managing room availability and liaising with staff regarding rooming and timetabling needs.
* Coordinating internal examinations, including supervision schedules, exam setup, printing, student lists and system administration.
* Maintaining and updating resources and processes to support Casual Relief Teachers and daily operations
* Provide support to room bookings and leadership meetings.
* Provide back up support to the general office.
