Overview Work Type: Fixed-term - Full-time Salary: Salary not specified Grade: Education Support - Level 1, Range 3 Occupation: Administration Location: Loddon Mallee - Macedon Ranges Reference: 1525497 Selection Criteria SC1 Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in respect to specific work functions relevant to the role. SC2 Demonstrated capacity to work and collaborate with others in a team environment. SC3 Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively in a team environment, including high level oral and written communication skills. SC4 Demonstrate the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position. SC5 Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to management and other school staff in respect to the work area. SC6 A commitment to professional learning and growth for both self and others. Responsibilities
* Managing daily staff absences and coordinating class cover, including allocation of extras and engagement of Casual Relief Teachers as required.
* Publishing daily operational information, including extras, yard duties, room changes, and key notices.
* Coordinating and maintaining yard duty timetables in line with relevant policies, agreements and system requirements.
* Managing room availability and liaising with staff regarding rooming and timetabling needs.
* Coordinating internal examinations, including supervision schedules, exam setup, printing, student lists and system administration.
* Maintaining and updating resources and processes to support Casual Relief Teachers and daily operations
* Provide support to room bookings and leadership meetings.
* Provide back up support to the general office.
