They have a reputation for designing and developing market leading and residential and mixed-use projects. With a strong pipeline secured and multiple projects moving through pre-construction, they're expanding their commercial team and looking for an Estimator who wants to be involved early and influence outcomes.
This is a genuine end-to-end estimating role where you'll work closely with construction, procurement, and project delivery teams, contributing to feasibility, tendering, budgeting, and value engineering. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one and have a direct impact on cost planning, buildability, and overall project profitability.

The Position:
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs
* Analyse project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify all relevant cost components
* Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing information
* Develop and maintain comprehensive cost databases to support future estimating efforts Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to improve project profitability
* Participate in project bidding and tendering processes, providing expert cost advice and support
* Ensure all estimates comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements
The Person:
In the role of Estimator, you will have:
* Strong understanding of construction materials, methodologies, and key cost drivers
* Proficiency in estimating software and spreadsheet tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to interpret complex technical documentation
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
