We are looking for a skilled and proactive Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across Southern NSW District. This role will involve managing a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in commercial properties, and providing training and support. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of cleaners across Southern NSW District.
Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to cleaning staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in working order.
Address client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Travel across Southern NSW District using the company vehicle.
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning management or similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
Company vehicle provided - valid driver's license required.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards.
