THDXS Systems is seeking a heavyweight Systems Infrastructure Manager to own our core technical environment from our Pitt Street headquarters. At the $185,000 level, we aren't just looking for an administrator; we need a strategic architect who can ensure our mission-critical infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and ahead of the curve. You will be the guardian of our "Zero-Downtime" objective, managing everything from cloud orchestration to high-density on-prem hardware.
The Infrastructure Mandate
* Systemic Resilience: Designing and maintaining high-availability server environments and storage arrays that support our national operations.
* Hybrid-Cloud Leadership: Orchestrating the seamless integration and cost-optimization of our AWS/Azure environments alongside legacy infrastructure.
* Security & Compliance: Hardening our systems architecture against emerging threats and ensuring all infrastructure meets ISO 27001 and local data sovereignty requirements.
* Team Mentorship: Leading a high-performance team of systems engineers, fostering a culture of "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) and proactive automation.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: 10+ years in systems engineering with at least 3 years in a senior management or lead capacity.
* Technical Stack: Deep fluency in VMware/Hyper-V, Linux/Windows Server environments, and modern containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
* Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar CAPEX/OPEX infrastructure budgets and vendor contracts.
* Automation Drive: Expert-level experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet) to eliminate manual intervention.
