CRU is launching a unique new role that blends the consistency of school-based discipleship with the energy of camps – and we’re looking for someone like you!
About The Role
As a Schools Ministry Partner, you’ll be part of CRU’s Schools Ministry team, visiting schools on your own as well as partnering with the rest of the team at school Christian events. Plus, you will work alongside our CRU Educational Camps team, leading on camps for your assigned schools. You’ll help connect students into faith communities after camp and be part of God’s long-term work in their lives.

You don’t have to wait for students to come to you… you will have the opportunity to reach students for Christ and help them follow Him, by regularly going to where they are most days of the year – at school!
Plus, camps are powerful! They create space for deep conversations, real community, and life-changing gospel moments. So this is more than a job, it is a wonderful opportunity to make an impact on the next generation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Visit and speak at your assigned 10 schools every term.
* Connect with students personally through CRU Christian lunchtime groups (CRU Groups), chapels, and inter-school events.
* Preach the gospel to hundreds or even thousands of students each term.
* Be on team for CRU Educational Camps connected to your schools.
* Grow through tailored training, focused on preparing and delivering Bible talks, and potentially theological courses or ministry conferences.
Every school visit brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to grow in your ability to preach God’s Word and support teachers in their ministry.
