This is an exciting time to join the team as Swyftx will be going through a rebrand over the coming months and you'll be involved in reimagining the ways in which we connect with and delight our customers.
**Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include**:
- Contribute to the development and execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns with heavy utilisation within the Braze Platform.
- Assist in creating compelling content for feeding into channels including social media, website, EDM, push notification and promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all key communication channels.
- Help create and/or make relevant reports available for management on all progress.
**To be successful you will**:
- Have at least one year of experience working within a Digital Agency environment.
- Understand and have hands on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever possible.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, navigate ambiguity, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Approach challenges with creative solutions and critical thinking, while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
