Whats involved in this role
* Chronic disease and injury management
* Manual handling and functional assessments
* Initial assessments and clinical referrals
* Fall prevention risk management and education
* Equipment prescription
* Exercise programs and re-enablement services
* Attending clinical meetings and case conferences
* Being part of an experienced multi-disciplinary team in residential aged care settings
* Potential to build private and community caseloads

What you'll need
* Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA General registration (new graduates welcome)
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWC or willingness to obtain
* Valid National Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Current flu and COVID vaccination evidence
* Working rights in Australia (sponsorship considered for candidates already living in Australia)
* Medicare Provider Number (or willingness to obtain)
