Overview
Territory Business Manager (WA - North of the River - Perth territory) at The Magnum Ice Cream Company. The Ice Cream division is preparing to stand on its own as a standalone entity by the end of 2025. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us, contribute to a high-growth ice cream business, and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
Job Purpose
The Territory Business Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales targets by growing the Out of Home customer base through new business and competitor hitlists, increasing distribution and winning in independent P&C through compliance gains, and ensuring that accounts deliver ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain net customer base and identify, record, and visit new business leads.
* Maximise sales opportunities for all OOH brands within each customer.
* Achieve NPD and Core Range distribution targets.
* Implement agreed monthly targets.
* Drive new product distribution and speed to shelf.
* Deliver merchandise excellence within the geographic area.
* Meet ROI criteria for discounts and capital.
* Build and maintain customer and CSR relationships.
* Participate and comply with approved company OH&S programmes.
* Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM system.

Experiences & Qualifications
* 2 - 5 years in Field Sales.
* Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
* Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential.
* Full Driver License.
