About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your general responsibilities will include:

* Financial planning and analysis to conduct in-depth research across the Group to identify trends, variances and business opportunities. Developing financial models and forecasts to monitor KPI’s and cashflows to support data driven strategic planning with financial insights and scenarios.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination. Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. Assist in managing the financial risks associated with contracts and alignment to business objectives. Manage ongoing contract compliance with all terms and conditions.
* Manage the contract and financial integrity of projects by tracking time, cost and quality. This will include cost analysis and return on investment outcomes following project completion.
* Conduct cost benefits analysis, identifying financial risks and producing scenario analysis.
* Manage relationships with external advisors to assist in the execution of the role.
* Work closely with the Executive Management team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities.
* Apply a continuous improvement mindset to make recommendations/improvements based upon financial analysis, critical thinking and data driven insights.
* Assist with the completion of the annual and monthly compliance requirements for the group.


About you

* Degree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Law
* 5+ years experience in financial planning, analysis and commercial strategy
* Experience with the full lifecycle of contracts
* Strong analytical, modelling and forecasting skills
* Strong reporting skills, to all levels of stakeholders
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* A self-driven person who can work in teams and as an individual
