Your Role
As a Sales/Customer Care Agent, you will be a key player in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to exceed targets and offer top-notch service to our clients, all while working in a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and sales reporting.
* Exceed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling – all leads are warm).
* Sell our exclusive plans to both new and existing customers.
* Handle renewals at the time of service anniversaries.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team.
* Excellent communication skills – a super outgoing personality is a plus!
* Experience in customer service. Experience in sales/tele sales is a bonus but not required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Commitment to full-time hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM).
* Drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
