We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our guest rooms.
About the role
* Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
* Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated time frames.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
* Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
* Use specialized cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively – with all training and tools provided.
Shift Details
* Monday to Sunday
* Shifts starting at 8:00 am
* Saturday: $38.78 per hour
* Sunday: $45.24 per hour
Requirements
* Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
* Good physical fitness and stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
* Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
