Cyber project manager

Contract Details

• 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension option
• Canberra based
• Australian Citizens ONLY
• NV1 security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage, deliver and monitor projects that may have an organisation-wide impact
• Manage a project related to internal identity and PAM solution
• Develop, manage and implement project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework and consider project interdependencies
• Collaborate with staff in immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to project design, governance arrangements and operational integration
• Ensure project deliverable and milestones are met on time and within budget
• Coordinate strategic planning for longer term project initiatives
• Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning
• Provide expert advice and feedback to stakeholders and the agency's executive
• Research, review and evaluate projects in specific operational or technical areas including Cyber Security

Skills and Capability

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrated experience in the Internal Identity projects
• Demonstrated experience in delivery of a PAM solution
• Has sound judgement and the ability to work under pressure with limited supervision to produce high quality outcomes.
• Ability to manage a large workload.
• Ability to develop strong productive relationships, communication skills and technical solutions in the environment.
