What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in the AU Mortgage industry
- Experience working with AOL Data Entry, ideally MyCRM
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent English speaking skills, both formal and casual, with the ability to hold conversations
- Ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
- Proactive, creative, and able to think outside the box
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines
What will you do?
- Send and respond to emails to customers and follow up
- Contact customers via phone and email to support them throughout their journey, providing excellent customer service
- Set up meetings between brokers and customers
- Work with brokers to gather documents and rename files
- Check documents to ensure all required information is available and correct
- Contact banks, broker support teams, and BDMs as needed
- Order valuations, pricing, and credit checks
- Complete post-settlement tasks
- Review financial statements and supporting documents, conduct servicing and scenario research, perform credit analysis, and run borrowing capacity calculators
- Assist brokers in checking deals, policies, and scenarios with banks and lenders
- Work closely with brokers to structure loans and identify suitable solutions for clients
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications
