Job Overview
The primary purpose of the Contracts Manager role is to provide commercial support and contractual leadership to a growing portfolio of complex and diverse projects across our business streams. The successful individual for this role will demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills. They will be a strong communicator and have the ability to maintain positive and collaborative working relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing key risks and negotiating contractual terms with clients and subcontractors;
* Supporting and training tender and project teams throughout the project lifecycle on contract interpretation and best practice contract management, including developing contract administration tools and templates;
* Preparing and negotiating legal and commercial terms of subcontracts;
* Ensuring project compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company policies and procedures.
About You

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management;
* 3-5+ years experience in a Contracts Management role in a construction/projects environment;
* Strong planning and organisational skills;
* Strong communication and mitigation skills;
* A professional demeanour and strong relationship‑building skills.
