The role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Dispute Resolution & Insurance team. This full‐time, permanent role supports a collaborative team and plays an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

* Proactive diary and inbox management
* Coordinating meetings and organising travel arrangements
* Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
* Matter and file management (opening and closing matters, maintaining electronic and physical filing)
* Client billing and corporate expense reconciliation
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong working relationships
* General administrative and ad hoc duties as required

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role and demonstrate:

* Strong organisational skills
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to manage competing priorities
* An understanding of billing and financial systems
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
* The ability to build positive working relationships
* A proactive approach and demonstrated initiative
