Workday Systems Analyst Role

Our Workforce Systems Support team is seeking experienced professionals to join us in launching and supporting a major HR technology transformation. As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will be onboarding early to help drive a smooth deployment of Workday HCM and provide critical support during the hyper-care phase, before transitioning to the ongoing support and maintenance of our Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert functional and technical support across Workday modules
* Troubleshoot, configure, and assist users to ensure the platform meets business needs
* Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize HR processes
* Maintain governance, master data configuration across Workforce Systems, and act as an escalation point for complex issues
* Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, workforce and other systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Workday Certification(s) in HCM modules highly regarded
• Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday or similar Tier 1 HRIS platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process improvement skills
• Technical knowledge of Workday HCM (security, configuration, integrations)
• Experience with system releases, testing, and feature deployment
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Familiarity with data security, privacy, and compliance in HR systems
• Willingness to embrace change and contribute to continuous improvement
