About the Role
The Technical Support Manager contributes to the delivery of high quality ICT services at the school through incident diagnosis and resolution for complex issues, together with deployment of the department’s standardised infrastructure, hardware and systems. The role also provides technical advice in relation to the deployment of standardised ICT products and services to NSW public schools and departmental offices.

Conditions
This is an Above Centrally Identified permanent non-teaching position established through school funds. The successful candidate’s continued appointment to this position will be subject to the continuity of this funding, the ongoing requirement for the role and the educational needs of the school. Should the funding or the requirement for the position cease, the officer will receive priority consideration for placement at an alternative location.
