Job Summary
A Claims Administrator in the Retail Life business supports customers during critical moments by ensuring that claims are processed efficiently, accurately and with care.
Responsibilities
* Providing accurate and timely administrative support across the claims process.
* Maintaining high‐quality records, documentation and case information.
* Processing lump‐sum payments within agreed service levels to support timely customer outcomes.
* Managing workflow, identifying delays and escalating issues where needed.
* Supporting internal and external stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within financial services or insurance.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage information accurately.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
* Confidence using digital systems and adapting to new tools and processes.
* A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to contribute ideas.
