Position:Rural and Commercial Property Manager
Location:Head Office – Orange NSW preferred, with property inspections required; remote arrangements (e.g. Northern NSW) considered.

About Us
Malcolm White Rural Property (MWRP) is a licenced real estate agency providing rural and commercial lease management as well as buyers agency services for its clients. MWRP specialises in rural leasing and agistment and has significant experience providing lease management and advisory services for a broad range of rural properties owned by government bodies, ASX listed entities, farming families and private investors. MWRP services New South Wales and is part of the Bullseye Agriculture Group, a Bullseye Agriculture Company, based in Orange NSW. In this local region, MWRP manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including storage sheds, storage yards and long-term commercial rentals.
The role
We are looking for a responsible for the proactive manager to lead a diverse portfolio of rural and commercial properties across a varied client base, including corporate and government organisations, primary producers, and private landowners.
The Rural and Commercial Property Manager delivers engaged, hands-on property and asset management, focused on tailored solutions that reflect the scale, complexity, and objectives of each client rather than a standardised, high-volume approach. The role encompasses strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, compliance management, and on-ground involvement to support the long-term performance and sustainability of client assets.

About You
You enjoy a role that offers a balance of office-based and field-based work, and you're comfortable moving between on-site inspections and assessments, coordination, reporting, and analysis. You value work that allows you to use both practical capability and critical thinking, applying technical knowledge, sound judgement, and problem-solving skills across a variety of property types and land uses. You're motivated by variety and challenge, and you appreciate a role that is inherently diverse and adaptable, with the flexibility to align responsibilities to your strengths, interests and career level.
Key Skills & Competencies
* Interest in or knowledge of agricultural enterprises and with practical understanding or awareness of agriculture operations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships across diverse stakeholders.
* High level of organisation, IT literacy, and the ability to work autonomously, with a consultative and collaborative working style as needed.
* Strong attention to detail, solution focused and proactive yet patient with high integrity and professionalism.
* Real Estate or Stock & Station Licence (Class 1 or 2) highly regarded, or willingness to obtain.
* Diploma, degree, or other relevant qualifications in business, WHS, agriculture, project management, or a related discipline may also be beneficial to the role.
* Current driver's licence (C Class) is compulsory to be successful in this role.

* Remuneration package: competitive salary based on skills and experience, phone and laptop.
* This role requires regular travel to rural and commercial properties predominantly within NSW. A dedicated company vehicle will be allocated to this position for inspections and all client-related travel.
* This role is based in Orange, NSW, however consideration for other locations in Northern NSW will be given to the right candidate.
