YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
Thisis a HR Country Lead role and the key responsibilities are to manage,coordinate, and administer day-to-day various services and support activitiesof the Human Resource functions, including recruiting services, welfare &benefits, staff development, salary & compensation, staff relations &activities, etc within a country. This includes evaluating and maintainingservice standards, developing operating policies, systems, and procedures, andensuring that services are consistent with overall human resources objectives,policies and procedures, and best practices.
CoreResponsibilities:
1. Designs, reviews, maintain and disseminate policies and procedures in human resource functions, ensures compliance with Laws, Business Objectives and overall HR Strategies.
2. Counsels managers to ensure manpower planning in relation to the organization's strategic business plan, including staff budget, recruitment, placement, transfer, promotion, etc. is properly prepared.
3. Oversees and manages all facets of the day-to-day services and operations of human resources i.e. recruitment, salary & compensation, welfare & benefits, and staff relations, etc., to meet the organization's needs.
4. Participates and reviews the development and implementation of standard positions classification and salary structure to ensure competitive remuneration package.
5. Consults, co-ordinates and recommends human resources' all functions and activities to maintain good relationships among staff to promote teamwork environment.
6. Provides in-house communications to ensure that it enhances staff understanding and commitment to the organization and its objectives, plans and programmes.
7. Leads and facilitates the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development plans (PDPs), career development plan and succession plan, as well as reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions.
8. Balance corporate, function, geographic and business needs, during collaborations with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs to the business unit.
9. Defines and administers all Human Resources training programs (both in-house and external) including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or onboarding and the measurement of training impact to ensure the program effectiveness and efficiency.
10. Coach and advice management teams on HR and Leadership topics (including fostering strong values based Leadership within the management teams). Also assumes the role of change agent and employee advocate.
11. Drive the people strategy and organizational design, and the process of transformation, talent management, and workforce planning.
12. Build a strong talent pipeline for the business through attraction of talents into the organization, best in class talent management and ongoing employee development initiatives. Ensure identified talents are appropriately developed locally, regionally or internationally.
13. Involvement in global and regional HR projects, as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE
14. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
15. 10 Years in HR Management & Development
16. Labor Law and others related Laws
17. Exposure in joint venture environment and integration will be an advantage
18. Possess strategic thinking and business acumen
19. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people across functions/ levels
20. Problem Solving, Consultation and Decision Making skills.
21. Effective communication and presentation
22. Ability to learn new things and cope with challenges responsibilities.
