The role

This Administration Assistant position requires an extensive amount of client interaction over the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Printing orders from the website
  • Order distribution
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Telephone answering
  • General administration
  • Accurate data entry
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and experience using Apple Macs

Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm
