Our Group Treasury Frameworks and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team develops and applies Macquarie's internal liquidity risk and funding frameworks and interprets regulatory liquidity requirements. We work closely with business units across the organisation, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of balance sheets and products. The team plays a central role in ensuring Macquarie operates within a robust governance framework while supporting sustainable business growth.

What role will you play?

You will develop, interpret, and communicate Macquarie's internal and regulatory liquidity and funding policies and frameworks, ensuring they are applied consistently across the organisation. You will partner with business units and Group Treasury to provide guidance on liquidity treatments for balance sheets, new products, and transactions. Your role will include generating data -driven insights, undertaking detailed analysis, and engaging with stakeholders across multiple business areas. You will contribute to strengthening Macquarie's liquidity governance while supporting strategic and commercial decision making-making.

What You Offer

3-4 years experience and familiarity with financial products, instruments, and the banking regulatory environment
Strong critical‑thinking skills, attention to detail, and a naturally curious approach to problem‑solving
The ability to interpret and communicate regulatory guidance and internal policies clearly and concisely
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex outcomes in a simple and accessible way.
